A few notes on how to use this:
September could be the anchor month. National Preparedness Month gives you a full 30-day window to run drills, push emergency communications, and position your team as proactive leaders - not reactive ones. May's Building Safety Month is another of the most underutilized observances in property management.
The operation moments matter too. HVAC transition reminders, battery check campaigns, and winter prep walk days aren't just internal tasks. Communicating them to tenants builds trust and reduces complaint calls before problems start.
